Most of the production they use in the manufacturing of wine comes from their own vineyards, 95% approximately. The vine yards ground is clay-calcareous. Son Poquer, the largest vine yard, is located on the slope of montission. Son Obra, Son Oliver, Mianetes, Son Oreller, Es Cami de Montission and Es Burcany are the names of their other vineyards. They grow many different vine varieties among which the most precious are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay, Premsal, Macabeu, Parellada, Monestrell, Ull de llebre, Callet and Manto Negro.
