Vinya Son Fangos Negre, Rosat i Blanc. This is the first wine to be elaborated with the varieties Callet, Manto Negre and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Rosé type is elaborated with Manto Negre and Callet. Premsal and Muscat are the varieties used to produce white wine.

Negre de Sa Colònia This is a black/red wine produced from monovarietal Callet.

Ses Hereves This wine is the result of the combination of Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sirah Toni Gelabert produces most of its red wine tye with only one grape/vine variety. Most of the wines are named after the grape variety used in its production.

Torre des Canonge Negre i Blanc The red variety is produced with Pinot Negre, Merlot and Syrah; the white wine is produced with Giro.
