Toni Gelabert owns five hectares of vines lead in trellis with the system of pruning in Royat braid/cord/string (this system leaves eitght buds per every vine). THIs vineyard produces three kilograms of mid-range grape on average yearly. They mend/ fertilize the soil with biological products and make use of the ancestral process of biodynamics for growing tasks, pruning, grape harvesting, “trasbals” and bottling.
