This cellar is located in a spectacular landscape. This site used to be the site of two old quarries, now urned into a cellar for the production of the wines of Bodegas Bordoy. The top of the quarry has been planted with autochtonous trees and bushes and they have put up two areas: one is covered for the matured wines and reservoir and the other for sthe young wines. From the cellar you get a full view of the veneyardwith the chapel of Finca de Sa Torrein the background next to the Puig d´en Ros
