Miquel Sastre Bordoy owns 19 hectares of vine between Cap Blanc and Llucmajor, in thw well-known area Camí de Muntanya. The vineyard S´Ajub Vermell is located close to the sea in a very hard type of land, what makes it absolutely difficult to get the land in proper conditions for growing vines. Despite the lack of water, these types of vines produce very little amounts of wine which are highly valued and of high graduation. The new plantations have the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
