This enterprise owns about 15 hectares in Camp Fred, Felanix, named after the kind of wind which sweeps the region from the north. These vineyards are located in an area with a very special microclimate where the vines are able to grow and develop perfectly balanced. The ground is sandy, with gravel and red soil, deep and cool. The vine growing site was chosen after careful research of the soil/ground so as to make the vines develop fully and thus improve the quality of the manufactured product. Camp Fred, Sa Tanca de Na Ferrera and Cap de Sa Font were finally chosen as the most suitable vineyards. While harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected for the crianza type which they started to produce in the year 2000. Also, they extract/take out the must after slight maceration under temperature control.
