GRAPE HARVEST 

 Grape harvest is carefully carried out in order to pick the best grapes, those ripe enough which in turn will be used in the production of wine. Such grapes have a minimum natural volumetric alcoholic graduation of 10% of the volume for white varieties, 10.5% of the volume for black varieties and 12% of the volume for wine liquor.
