CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF WINES

It is worth mentioning that white wines of chardonnay grapes, with deep tropical fruit bouquet as well as diary/milky and vanilla aromas / scents / bouquet have been fermented in wooden casks /barrels. Dry muscatels offer flower bouquet while those fresh wines of Premsal, Blanc, Macabeu and Parellada varieties present a bouquet of sour fruit. When wines are the result of the combination of such varieties, the final result is a complex set of aromas which turn out to be very cool / refreshing to the palate.

As regards red wines, the different types of grapes used in their production allow manufacturing smooth/special wines/ varieties characterized by their deep intense colour and complex fruit bouquet. Once in the mouth tannins are smooth with delicate sourness that also provides freshness.
