The Pla i Llevant Denomination Regulations establish the relationship between the varieties allowed in the production of wines with the right to make use of this denomination of origin: 

• WHITES: Premsal Blanc, Parellada, Macabeo, Muscatel, Chardonnay and Riesling
• BLACKS: Manto Negre, Callet, Fogoneu, Ull de Llebre, Monestrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir
