Chardonnay This white wine has good strength, it is fermented in new French oak casks and matured for 6 months in its mother. It bears all the characteristics of the best Chandonnays. It is golden yellow in colour with light green tones, clear and bright. Vanilla and smoked aroma. Resemblances of citrus and tropical fruit such as pineapple and manga with slight touches of butter. Blanc Sa Vall Elaborated from Riesling variety fermented in stainless steel depots, under controlled temperature and later matured for 3-5 months in French oak casks. Lemon yellow in colour, gold and bright, with slight greenish touches. In nose, its aroma carries fresh fruit (that of citrus and green apple); Also, scents of wild flowers with resemblance of toast wood. In the mouth, it is dry, pleasant, fresh, fruity, and slightly sour with a touch of bitterness.

Sa Vall -Selecció Privada- This wine has good strength, fermented in new French oak casks and matured for 6 months in its mother. Chardonnay, Premsal Blana and Muscatel are the grape varieties used in its production.

Muscat This wine is produced from Moscatel grape variety. It is a white wine, young and not matured. It is straw-like yellow, clear, bright and dense in the glass. It has intense aroma of flowers and of just picked fruit, and mainly of muscatel grapes. In mouth, it is fresh, silky, with strong body, at length at the end and well-balanced.

Vinya Son Caules Blanc Young wine; its white type is produced from Premsal Blanc, Macabeo and Parellada grape varieties. It is matured for 3 months in French oak barrels. It is pale yellow in colour with some greenish sparks, clean and bright. Its aroma is that of flowers and fruit, apple and pear with slight wooden touches. In palate, it is fresh and with balanced sourness.

Vinya Son Caules Rosat This is a Rosé wine with Callet, Tempranillo, Manto Negro and Syrah varieties. It is strawberry pink in colour, clear and bright. Its aroma resembles wild fruit such as the aroma of blackberries or albaricoque. In mouth, it is fresh, pleasant and well-balanced.

Vinya Son Caules Negre Black/Red wine produced from Callet, Tempranillo, Manto Negro, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. It is matured for 12 months in American oak barrels/casks. It is cherry-red in colour with some ruby sparks, clear and bright. Mid to high bouquet with resemblance of red fruit on a wooden bottom with some balsamic quality. When in the mouth, it is dry, tasty and wide. Its path turns out to be balanced, rounded, with good sourness; It carries a long scented ending.

Torrent Negre The coupage of this wine is made out of three carefully selected grapes combining the power of Cabernet Sauvignon, the elegance and finery of Merlot and the aromas of Syrah. This is wine has much coating, its colour is deep red with purple touches, clear and bright. Predominant ripe fruit aroma harmonizes with maturity touches) coffee, tobacco, vanilla and leather). It is complex and elegant in palate; it bears magnificient equilibrium, silky and plenty of tannin. Gran Vinya Son Caules This wine is 85% of Callet from ancient vines and 15% from other varieties. It is matured for 12 months in French, American and Caucasus oak casks. Later, it is matured in bottles. It is a high coat/ing wine, red with purple touches. Torrent Negre Selecció Privada Sirà This special selection is red wine 100% Syrah. It is matured for ofer 12 months in new oak casks and later matured in bottles. It is a highly covered wine, with high intense colouring, clear and bright. Great complexity as regards bouquet, eucalyptus, mint, great amount of fruit together with a slight touch of wooden toast. It is mouthwatering, inviting, at length with good relationship sourness-alcohol with very ripe tannin and well-balanced. AWARDS 2003 – Silver Medal. 2001 Harvest. Petit Torrent This wine undergoes a 12 months maturing process in French and American oak casks (minimum 25% of the grapes comes from new vines) and afterwards, maturity in bottles for at least 12 more months. It is elaborated with vines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Callet and Merlot. It is intense cherry red in colour and also bright. Its aroma is that of toast coffee, fine toast wood and vanilla. On leather bottom and skin of animal, it is loaded with memories of well-ripe fruit. In the mouth, it is pleasant, fleshy tasty and well-balanced.

Cabernet Sauvignon 12 months maturity process in French and American oak casks (at least 25% of new vines) and later, at least 12 more months of maturity in bottle. It is produced with the fine vines Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Merlot (15%).

Torrent Negre Selecció Privada Merlot This wine is produced with100% Merlot variety. It is matured for 12 months in French oak casks. It is finally matured in bottle. It has got a high coat colour, intense red, clear – bright. Its aroma is of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry), cherries in aguardiente, deep balsami9c with some regaliz and resemblances of violets. It is of gentle entrance in the mouth, fine and gentle, balanced in sugar, sourness and tannin, velvet-like and complex. It has long ending and it has pleasant taste.

Torrent Negre Selecció Privada Cabernet Sauvignon This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is matured foro ver 12 months in French oak barrels and later it is matured in bottle.It is intense red with some purple tones; with a dense tear and of show pouring, clear and bright. Complex flavour and of high inensity: eucalyptus, regaliz, and ripe black fruit together with lactic, flowery and with resemblance of animals: hunting, leather and fur. It has Powerful entrance in the mouth, oily and balanced. Also, charged with tannin accompanied by new wood. In the mouth, it is fleshy and very long with persistent aroma/flavour at the end.

Vinya des Moré Negre This wine is produced with 100% Pinot Noir variety. It is matured for 12 months in French oak casks and later matured in bottle. This is a wine wine and its vine is fine too. As time goes by, this wine softens its powerful tannin and gains in harmony and aroma/flavour. The Rosé variety is a young mono-varietal wine Pinot Noir 100%. Its alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel depots under temperature control. It is intense red with some gleam/highlights of ruby, well-covered, clear and bright. Its aroma/flavour is that of ripe fruit: plums and blackberries, with resemblances of violets. It is rounded in the mouth, balanced and fleshy with enough tannin that gives the wine long life.

Vinya des Moré Rosat This Rosé young wine is 100% Pinot Noir. Its fermentation is alcoholic in stainless steel depots under controlled temperature. It is intense pink, clear and bright with full tear. It has a aroma/flavour of flowers and marmalade of wild fruit from the forest. It is greasy/oily in the mouth, fine and silky;it is long at the end, well-balanced with a touch of fresh sourness, good body and powerful structure.
