Vins Miquel Gelabert is one of the newest and smallest wine yards with hand-made production, with Mallorca D.O. Pla I Levant. They pioneer in the use of new technology and production techniques as regards grape, must and wine improved treatment. Grape harvest is made by hand. The processes of bottling, capping and corking, (encapsulating), and labeling are also carried out by hand or by means of tiny machines manually controlled. Wine maturing is carried out in the underground cellar/cava in an ancient wine cellar (1909) in Manacor which was purchased and later restored in 1995, keeping its escence, beauty and temperature qualities and humidity.
