The cellar was built in 1968 in Petra and it used to have a capacity to produce about 100,00litres of wine. The new cellar, with the same capacity, has been updated. Fermentation is controlled in stainless steel depots. There are 35 casks in the barrels lounge which keeps growing year after year.
